Raveis Kole Performs at Connecticut Fundraiser with Bob Marley’s The Wailers

Bellingham, Wash. (Oct. 8, 2018) --- Americana duo, Raveis Kole, performed at another high-profile event in Norwalk, Connecticut recently.  Laurie Raveis and Dennis Kole joined  The Wailers, Bob Marley’s legendary reggae band, as the afternoon entertainment for a Ride + Walk/Run fundraiser that benefits the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation in New York City.  The event began in the early morning and Raveis Kole’s performance began after the charity events. Laurie Raveis and Dennis Kole performed music from their new album, “Electric Blue Dandelion – Nashville Sessions,” that debuted No. 11 on Billboard’s Heatseeker chart.  

Accolades continue to grow for Raveis Kole and “Electric Blue Dandelion – Nashville Sessions,” as the song, “Thanksgiving (Feel Like Home)” received a nomination from the Hollywood Music In Media Awards (HMMA) in the Americana/Folk/Acoustic category. The 9th annual awards ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on Nov. 14, 2018.  This marks the second nomination from HMMA for the talented Americana duo. 

Raveis Kole recently performed he song, “Thanksgiving (Feel Like Home), live on New Day NW, Seattle’s NBC affiliate. Check out the performance HERE.
